Diana Vishneva: Woman in a Room

"Woman in a Room" is part of Diana Vishneva's solo project "On The Edge" (2013). The programme became the third author project by the People's Artist of Russia and prima ballerina Diana Vishneva, created in collaboration with Sergei Danilyan's "Ardani Artists".
Inspired by the films of Andrei Tarkovsky and the poetry of Arseny Tarkovsky, Carolyn Carlson created a ballet-parable about a woman alone, turning the pages of her life in an empty room (hence the title – "Woman in a Room").
The screening is part of a programme celebrating the 30th anniversary of Diana Vishneva's stage career.
